brisket recipe
rub ingredients
•1/3 cup brown sugar

•1/3 cup salt (coarse salt works best)

•1/3 cup paprika 1/3 cup chili powder

•1/3 cup ground black pepper


Mix together the spices in a small bowl. Rub the entire brisket with the spice mixture, place on a baking sheet, cover and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 6 hours.
Place the brisket in the smoker, fat side up, and smoke for 4 to 5 hours or until extremely tender.
bbq sauce ingredient's

1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 cups ketchup
⅔ cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup molasses
½ cup yellow mustard
½ tablespoon ground black pepper
table spoon of honey
Mix all ingredients together in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cook over medium low heat for 30 minutes stirring frequently to avoid scorching. Remove from heat and place in the fridge to cool.½ tablespoon salt
